Children under the age of 13 must be banned from having Facebook and TikTok accounts, suggested Communications Ministry. Two Chinese dailies – Sin Chew and Guang Ming led with this today.

The daily added that salary increment that fails to raise the efficiency would be equivalent to wasting public funds and straining the nation’s finances.
