‘Peja is a liar’

Bersatu deputy president Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu is a liar, claimed Beruas MP Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham.

“He lied about Perak DAP printing Pakatan election manifestos that offered land in Chinese New Villages for upto 999 years,” said Ngeh in a statement.

Ngeh said this in response to Ahmad Faizal, better known as Peja, who claimed that no components agreed to offer land upto 999 years in 2018.

Peja claimed he only saw the final printed copy of the manifesto which included the 999 years clause prior to it being distribution during the election.

He made this allegation at a ceramah in Kuala Kubu Baharu.

Ngeh pointed out that Peja lied because the National Land Code doesn’t have a clause for to give out land for 999 years.

“The code only provides a lease for 99 years or a permanent ownership.”

He added that Peja was irresponsible as a Menteri Besar.

“He did not execute his responsibilities and played dirty politics. His actions threatened the well being of the people in Perak.

“He also did not want to fulfill the promises in the manifesto that led to public anger anger against PH in Perak.

“He made moves that sought to break the union within PH in Perak.

Ngeh pointed out that Peja’s despicable actions were a factor that led to PH cooperating and forming the state government with Umno.
