Trial of Israeli facing arms trafficking set in Sept
The trial of Israeli citizen Avitan Shalom, 38, who is facing charges of firearms trafficking and bullet possession is set in September.
The trial is set for nine days beginning from Sept 30.
Shalom is facing two charges under the Firearms (Increased Penalties) Act 1971 and the Arms Act 1960.
He alleged had in possession the firearms and bullets in a hotel in Jalan Ampang.
