Shah Rukh Khan hospitalised

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was hospitalised in KD Hospital in Ahmedabad yesterday after suffering from heat stroke.

He arrived on May 20 to attend the play-off cricket match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Sun Risers Hyderabad for this match. Khan co-owns KKR.

After the match he had returned to ITC Narmada Hotel with the team.

His heatstroke began to develop and worsen in the morning.

He was then taken to the hospital at 1pm.

Ahmedabad which is Gujarat’s capital is among the many places that have recorded high temperatures. Ahmedabad’s heat was around 45 degree Celcius.
