MoE seeks public input for new education development plan

The Ministry of Education (MoE) is seeking public input for a new education development plan to replace the Malaysia Education Blueprint (MEB) 2013-2025, which is approaching its conclusion.

“In line with the whole of society approach, the MoE welcomes suggestions from various parties in the form of memorandums or proposal papers to help produce a comprehensive and holistic future education plan,” the ministry said in a statement today.

The MoE has launched a portal to collect feedback on the Future of Malaysian Education 2026-2036, open for suggestions from May 14 to December 31 this year.

The portal can be accessed at https://www.moe.gov.my/pelanpendidikan2026/public.

Before entering suggestions on the portal, individuals are required to enter their personal details and select the relevant fields provided.

There are eight fields that can be selected.

The fields are Education Policy & Planning, Curriculum & Learning, Development / Infrastructure & Information Structure, Operation of Educational Institutions, Teachers and Leaders, Management & Finance, Students and Others.
