Durian exports, zero hardcore poverty issues in Dewan Rakyat

Efforts to speed up exports of fresh durians to China and states that are targeted to achieve zero hardcore poverty are among the key issues raised in the Dewan Rakyat today.

Chow Yu Hui (PH-Raub) asks Agriculture and Food Security Minister on efforts to hasten exports of fresh durians to China and a time frame when it is scheduled to begin. Chow also questions the hurdles and steps to overcome it.

Fadhli Shaari (PN-Pasir Mas) questions Economy Minister regarding the next set of states that the government is targeting to achieve zero hardcore poverty status and its action plans.

Suhakam annual report would continue to be debated today.

Two bills Limited Liability Partnership Bill (Amendment) 2024 and Audit (Amendment) Bill would be tabled for second reading.
