PM Anwar fields two questions during PMQT
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim would be fielding two questions during Prime Minister Question Time (PMQT) today.
Datuk Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik (PH-Balik Pulau) asks whether the Kerian Integrated Green Industries Park is parallel to Energy Transformation Roadmap in increasing domestic investment and balancing the issues of the nearby area such air water supply in Seberang Perai Selatan.
Datuk Rosol Wahid (PN-Hulu Terengganu) wants to know about the latest indicator to gauge the people’s cost of living level in March 2024 and the programmes conducted by the government based on the findings of the indicator.
Datuk Mohd Shahar Abdullah (BN-Paya Besar) questions the steps taken by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Sustainability on efforts to synchronise the jurisdiction of both federal and state governments for carbon credit generation from Malaysian forest.
Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal (Warisan-Semporna) asks Home Minister on more comprehensive and effective measures undertaken to resolve the illegal immigrant issue in Sabah.
One new bill will be tabled for first reading and it is the (Federal Territories) Mufti Bill 2024 by the Minister in Prime Minister’s Department.
Three more bills are being amended and they would be tabled for first reading as well.
They are Drug Addicts (Treatment and Recuperation) (Amendment) Bill from the Home Ministry; Shariah Courts Code Bill(Federal Territories) Bill and Islamic Law Administration Bill by the Minister in Prime Minister’s Department.
