Alphaquinnsha slapped with RM100 under Minor Offences Act
TikTok user Shalini Periasamy,35, who is better known as Alphaquinnsha was slapped with a maximum RM100 by the magistrate court for deliberately uttering vulgarities with the intention to stir anger and disturb peace through a TikTok account.
She was charged under section 14 of the Minor Offences Act.
Shalini pleaded guilty to the charge in front of magistrate S Arunjothy.
Her actions are believed to be linked to the cyberbullying case of TikTok influencer, A Rajeswary who is better known as Esha who died on July 5.
She is alleged to have committed the offence at around 4.10pm at a house in Lorong Kolam Air 8, Jalan Ipoh, on July 1.
