Chow determined to realise election manifesto, Penang 2030 vision in office

Even though Chow Kon Yeow is out of the Penang DAP race, he is determined to fulfill the state election manifesto, the Penang 2030 vision and other key state initiatives.

He also gave his assurance that his role as Chief Minister will continue uninterrupted.

“My responsibilities as Chief Minister remain unchanged.

“I will continueto lead and oversee the programmes and initiatives under my purview.

“In fact we have much more to accomplish,” Chow said at a press conference after the launch of the Advanced Technology Equipment Cluster programme in Bayan Lepas today.

Chow who is also Penang DAP chairman announced that he is staying out of the state DAP polls three days ago.

He is currently serving his second and final term.

DAP secretary general Anthony Loke Siew Fook meanwhile gave his assurance that Chow would complete his term as Penang chief minister.
