Deputy Minister of Communications receives a proposal from a “Saudi Prince”

Deputy Minister of Communications Teo Nie Ching apparently received a proposal from a “phony Saudi Prince”.

Teo revealed this by sharing a screen cap of an email that she received.

The email was sent by one “Alexandru.”

Alexandru revealed that he was awaiting for a response from Teo.

“Did you receive a proposal from the Prince in Saudi Arabia?

“I am waiting to hear from you.”

Teo captioned the screen cap with a question followed by laughter emojis.

“Seriously?”

For the record, Teo is married to Dr Gan Saw Chien in the year 2011 and is a mother of three children.

Her post received 852 reactions and 119 comments.

Bangi MP Syahredzan Johan responded in the post: “Correct answer is: Yes I have.”

Some Facebook users alluded to former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak who had maintained that he had received donations from a Saudi prince on funds related to 1MDB.
