“The Royal Malaysian Police opened an investigation paper on Sept 1, 2025. The case was investigated under section 505(b) of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998,” he said in a written reply to Sanisvara Nethaji Rayer Rajaji (PH-Jelutong).

“The police has recorded statements from several witnesses and the investigation papers have been forwarded to Attorney General Chambers on Sept 10 2025.”

Hafez claimed that a Chinese woman had breached security and approached Perak Ruler, Sultan Nazrin Shah.
