Kota Melaka MP takes a swipe at Melaka police chief’s sue dare
Khoo Poay Tiong (PH-Kota Melaka) took Melaka police chief Datuk Dzulkhairi Mukhtar to task for challenging lawyers representing the families of victims in the Durian Tunggal police shootout case to sue him.
“This is not about suing. This is about finding the truth.
“Why are there two truths?”
The Melaka police chief dared a suit on Dec 17.
He also reiterated the findings that the shooting of the victims were not shot in Durian Tunggal but in a different place altogether.
The trio who were shot dead on Nov 24 were Puspanathan Murulitharan, 21; Poonesvaran Tiagarajan, 24; and Logeswaran Georgie, 29.
Khoo also questioned the lack of initiatives for the police force.
“Why the body cam initiatives have not been implemented?
On another note Khoo also reminded PN chief Tan Sri Mahiaddin Yassin not to be a traitor
“If you know the whereabouts of your son-in-law, please inform the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission. Don’t be a traitor. Don’t be hand in glove with the corrupt.”
He said the above while debating the Royal Address.
