AMANAH Johor will reclaim Puteri Wangsa seat from Muda
AMANAH will bring up at the Pakatan Harapan (PH) meeting to discuss reclaiming the Puteri Wangsa state seat in the next Johor election, which currently held by Muda.
AMANAH Johor Vice Chairman, Dr Zuhan Zain said, the decision is a sign of protest and AMANAH’s firm stance against MUDA’s action in withdrawing support for the Unity Government led by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, an action that is clearly against the spirit of national political stability.
AMANAH Johor believes that any political cooperation must be based on loyalty to the people’s mandate and commitment to government stability.
“Unilateral withdrawal of support is irresponsible and affects the people’s confidence.
“The Puteri Wangsa DUN seat was originally allocated on the basis of trust and a common strategy to strengthen the reform bloc.
“However, current political developments require a reassessment to ensure the coalition’s stance remains consistent and clear,” he said in a statement today.
He added, AMANAH Johor remains committed to working with PH in strengthening the Unity Government, ensuring that every contested seat reflects stability, uniry, and a clear principle of struggle for the people of Johor.
