Dr Mujahid stresses inclusivity across Malaysia’s territories

AMANAH was established to represent all races in Malaysia, not just certain races, said its deputy president, Senator Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa.

“We aspire that from the beginning and we said that in our constitution, the objective of the party is to include all race and all religion in all territories, that include Sabah and Sarawak, without any prejudices, so it states our objectives,” he said.

He was responding to a question from a reporter at Harapan Daily about whether the 3-year strategy plan includes opportunities for non-Malays.

He also talked about Malaysian rights.

“For example, when we talked about, rights must be given to those who deserve it, not because they are Malay or they are Chinese, they deserve what they deserve in the constitution, and we stand to fight for that right, for the non Muslims also,” he added.
