Don’t speculate over Esha’s death, warns minister
Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has warned Malaysians against speculating into the death of TikTok influencer, Rajeswari Appahu, 29.
“Do not speculate. Investigations are ongoing. Don’t create anymore controversy,” said Fahmi when contacted by Harapan Daily.
A random check on TikTok found several individuals speculating the cause of death of Rajeswari, better known as Esha.
TikTok account holder Sultan963 had posted a video accusing the Hindus as being instigators of Esha’s death.
While the clip was initially accessible, it has now been removed.
Another TikTok user, Tok Sidik Gong Sumedang meanwhile is scheduled to speculate on Esha’s death tonight at 10pm.
At the time of writing the post had already received over 6,800 likes.
Tok Sidik Gong Sumedang claims to be a Sulawesi ‘bomoh’, the English equivalent to a shaman.
He has 13,300 followers on TikTok.
The person also has a Youtube account with 2950 subscribers
Esha had revealed several TikTok account holders to be responsible for her death that took place on July 7.
