Another police report against Dulal Brothers, Shalini Periasamy for cyberbullying

A police report has been lodged against B Sathiskumar, better known as Dulal Brothers, and Shalini Periasamy for cyberbullying another victim.

For the record, both of the above were charged in court previously for cyberbullying TikTok influencer A Rajeswary, better known as Esha.

The police report was lodged by Hema Subramaniam on Sept 30 at the Bukit Jalil police station as she was also cyber bullied together with Esha.

“I have lodged a police report against B Sathiskumar also known as Dulal Brothers and Shalini Periasamy also known as AlphaQuinnSha on Sept 30.

“While I was in India, my photo was used by Dulal Brothers in a live TikTok session conducted in Tamil along with images of the late Rajeswary Appahu aka Esha,” said Hema, who is also known as Swashna, in a press statement.

She revealed that both of the perpetrators had threatened to injure, rape and murder her. Threats were also made against her husband.

This was in addition to baseless accusations.

“In the live sessions conducted on June 30 and July 1, Dulal threatened to rape and murder me. Recordings of the threat have gone viral.

“This has caused me, my friends and family mental stress.

“Dulal Brothers also accused me of being a prostitute and made threats against me and my husband.

“Alphaquinnsha accused me of being homeless and threatened to injure me.

“I have requested the police to investigate both of them under section 506 and 509 of the Criminal Procedure Code and other criminal laws.

“I would also like to request all parties against intervening in the ongoing police probe.

Section 506 criminalises criminal intimidation and those found guilty can be imprisoned for two years or fined or both.

Section 509 criminalises the act of insulting the modesty of an individual. If found guilty both the perpetrators are looking at a five year jail term.
