‘What’s the fate of the air that went through him?’ Saravanan hits back

Tapah MP Datuk M Saravanan took to Tamil poetry again to hit out at Perak Exco A Sivanesan who had earlier criticised his poetry by urging him to flush it down the toilet.

He used poetic lines to ask about the fate of the air that went through the state lawmaker.

The following is the English translation of what he penned:

The air that passed through the bamboo flute became music,
The air that passed through the oodhangol flute became rice,
The air that passed through breath became life,
The air that passed through my mouth became poetry.

Oh Sivanesa,
Did the air that passed through your closed mind
become a public toilet?

Whatever passes through what,
Becomes that through that!

Earlier today, several MIC leaders also lashed out at Sivanesan for telling Saravanan who is also MIC deputy president to flush his poem down the toilet.

The poem criticised the guidelines that Sivanesan introduced on matters related to Hindu temples.
